Why a Collaborative
Operating System

This document serves as the cornerstone for how we seek to embody our vision of building the future together.

We see TDC's Collaborative OS as core to success today and tomorrow. It leads to innovation, unlocks new ideas, and ensures that those we serve receive a consistent experience of us at our best.

We've intentionally chosen collaboration for two important reasons:

• Collaboration comes first at TDC because we seek to Build the Future Together. Our future will rely on what we create as a team — as DaleNation.
• Within our family of companies, collaboration constantly evolves based on work inside our organization, in the field, and among our strategic partners and clients.

As you read this document or listen to the audio commentary through our DaleNation podcast, know it is intentionally framed to be a reference tool for when you need guidance or seek answers within specific work contexts.

When we go to market, we tell our audiences that The Dale Collaborative is a family of precision-quality companies that operate under a shared set of guiding principles while remaining autonomous.

The Dale Collaborative operates through a set of brand names designed for the market and a set of legal entities that power the business behind the scenes. Understanding the difference helps avoid confusion — especially when referencing the organization in formal, financial, or external contexts.

Everything described in this Operating System (OS) is not a condition of employment. This OS does not create an express or implied contract between The Dale Collaborative (TDC) and any of its employees located in Philadelphia or any other designated locations where this manual is applicable.

The information in this OS represents guidelines only. TDC reserves the right to modify this OS and to amend or terminate any policies or procedures — whether or not described in this handbook — at any time.
